Agreeing to these terms

PockitTrail is operated by Xeontrix LLC. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, do not use the service.

Your account

You need an account to use PockitTrail. Keep your password to yourself, and tell us at support@xeontrix.com if you think someone else has reached your account.

You are responsible for what happens under your account, including anything done by the people you invite into your workspaces.

You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and at least 13 years old.

What you may not do

Do not use the service to break the law, to store someone else's data without the right to hold it, or to work around the limits of another person's role in a workspace.

Do not attempt to reach data that is not yours, disrupt the service for others, or scrape it in bulk with automated tools.

Do not resell the service or present it as your own product without a written agreement with us.

Your data stays yours

Everything you enter belongs to you. We claim no ownership of it, and we use it only to run the service for you, as set out in the privacy policy.

You give us permission to store, copy and display that content for the purpose of providing the service, and for nothing else.

You can export or delete your records at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account.

The service is not financial advice

PockitTrail records and reports the figures you enter. It does not give financial, accounting or tax advice, and the totals it shows depend entirely on what has been entered.

Check your own figures before relying on them for a tax return, a filing or any other decision that matters.

Availability

We work to keep the service running, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or free of faults. We may take it offline for maintenance, and we may change or withdraw features.

We keep backups, and you should keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.

Fees

If a paid plan applies to your account, the price, the billing period and what it includes are shown before you are charged. Fees already paid are not refundable except where the law requires it.

Ending your use of the service

You can stop using PockitTrail and delete your account at any time.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or that puts the service or other users at risk. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to export your data.

Liability

The service is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind beyond those the law does not allow us to exclude.

To the extent the law allows, Xeontrix LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost or corrupted data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and we will tell you in the app before a material change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
